Optimum volume production of complex parts

With three independent carriages, 3 tools are in operation simultaneously to facilitate the volume production of complex parts. Front, transverse and reverse side machining, each with 4 powered tools.

  •  3-part system: 3 tools operating simultaneously
  • 9 axes (10 with Y2 axis)
  • Transverse machining, 4-fold

System 1: 
6 turning blanks 12 x 12 mm or 5 x 16 x 16 mm, 4 powered tools transverse

System 2: 
4-fold machining of reverse side

System 3: 
Drilling rig with up to 4 powered tools

  •  C-axis on main spindle 5° mechanical indexing
  •  C-axis on counter-spindle 5° mechanical indexing
  •  up to 23 tools (14 powered)
  •  Option: Y2 axis on reverse side (3 fixed + 6 powered tools)
